You will provide up-to-date, accurate and relevant data analysis for the organisation. You must be able to work well under pressure and respond quickly to requests for data. Team and communication skills are essential as communication across a Pan European structure is required.You will be a very experienced Data Analyst with several years experience in a similar role £26-28,000

To identify and deliver quality analysis to continuously improve the service levels delivered for Customer Experience
- The role will be to understand and report upon trends and root causes for customer feedback
- Provide insight into the trends and root causes
- Provide recommendations for improvements
- To provide accurate and timely analysis and reporting to the operational stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team.
- To provide the analytical support across Service Delivery
- Effective communication of all plans and analytical recommendations to key stakeholders
- Establish and monitor operational measures to ensure service levels and budgetary requirements are exceeded following the implementation of recommendations generated through analysis.

You will be able to demonstrate and substantiate previous success in analysis of data to drive service level improvements in a pan European or global business.

Have the ability to take the remit of data analyst and develop the function to ensure the organisation has transparency of the customer experience to ensure corrective action can be taken in a timely manner.

You will work effectively in a multi-cultural and multidiscipline organisation maintaining high standards of personal integrity and good relations with other departments, other functions and customers

Produce Management reports, by agreed dates to Key stakeholders and produce monthly and quarterly customer specific reports, identifying failure rates and failure modes and presenting data in a meaningful way to sales and CS teams.

Identifying, evaluating and presenting recommendations from management reports in order to increase efficiency, performance and productivity within the teams and identify failure modes and feedback to stakeholders.

Sound experience of persuasive report writing and communications for a variety of audiences, demonstrating high levels of numeracy and literacy, and the ability to apply expert knowledge to generate arguments, options and recommendations in a clear, concise and coherent manner.

Monitors and develops new service levels and KPI’s, working with service delivery teams and the service operations manager, and incorporates these within SLA’s.

Monitors that service delivery meets agreed service levels and builds strong relationships with Internal and external groups, and other business processes, in particular national sales companies and other service centres
·Excellent understanding of pan European CTQ parameters in both a product and service environments

·Comprehensive understanding and experience of driving quality through statistical analysis

·Six Sigma certified with proven record of process variation reduction to world class levels.·Thoroughly literate in Excel, and Minitab data analysis

·Background within IT or Electronics industry.·The ability to analyse data and present it in digestible, meaningful and real-life reflective formats.

·Proven Quality Improvement history with hard data defect/PPM reduction using Lean/Six Sigma Methodology

·Ability to work cooperatively and persuasively within all levels of the business to ensure quality gains through all potential stakeholder processes

·Proven track record of experience of successfully presenting data and quality overviews to Senior Management levels and at the highest levels of Customers organisation.·Background within ITor Electronics industry

·Fully experienced within all quality tools (Six Sigma/Lean/Poke Yoke/ 8D/SPC/FMEA)

·High level of Database software analysis skills (Oracle/Siebel/SQL/Access/Excel)

·Must be able to travel to present data analysis at SLA Meeting throughout Europe.

Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm

Salary £26-28k

Basic annual holiday entitlement is 24 days (April to March) + 8 bank holidays
Option to join company pension scheme with individual contribution of 7% and company contribution of 13%
