Business Administrator

12 month contract

Leading International Company
Welcoming visitors, including Customers, to the main reception area and ensuring the visitors are introduced to their host
Responding to Notifications of Absence from employees by listening to recorded messages and sending correspondence to the relevant Supervisor and the HR team
Managing incoming calls and forwarding to the relevant party
Managing the internal and external mail by receiving and distributing incoming mail to the relevant parties and preparing the outgoing mail in timely manner ready for collection on a daily basis
Sending and receiving fax messages
Booking travel as and when required
Providing administrative support, including basic letter writing and filing, to the HR and support departments as and when required
Organising meetings, circulating agendas, attending internal meetings, producing and circulating minutes
Ordering and arranging buffets as and when required

Temporary Business Administrator working on day shift. The temporary contract is expected to be for a period of 1 year. The successful candidate will be responsible for general Business Administration duties and providing a first point of contact for visitors to the main reception area.

The successful candidate is expected to have good written and verbal communication skills and should be able to demonstrate basic computer skills, including Microsoft office. The successful candidate should be organised, diligent and have the ability to work under their own initiative as well as being a part of a team.
