You will be responsible for the configuration of Oracle cloud software: Configure Price Quote software in line with the business requirements across Europe-£25-30,000 dep on exp CPQ IT Administrator role will be responsible for performing all tasks related to support of the day-to-day operational management, administration and troubleshooting of CPQ system, including the technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures configuration of Oracle cloud software in line with the business requirements across Europe.
The position will report directly to the Business Systems Manager and will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization delivering sales effectiveness and efficiencies in the Opportunity to Order process.
The role includes the day to day administration of the CPQ application, including adding and maintaining data, rules and dependencies, providing user training and user support. The candidate will have the ability to manage and maintain good relationships with all CPQ stakeholders across Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working closely with sales, marketing and planning teams to understand requirements and then identify and implement new features of Oracle CPQ to support and evolve the business.
• Set up and maintenance of SKUs, pricing and marketing information relating products, services and accessories for the European market.
• Supporting the sales and management teams in implementing proofs-of-concepts relating to new and existing products.
• Being well-versed in the functionality and capabilities of the Oracle CPQ leading-edge web software technology as it is today and will be in the future and driving adoption of enhancements of the platform within Panasonic.
• Keeping up to date with the latest upgrade and release functionality of Oracle CPQ.
• Provide CPQ administrative and Level 1 technical support for internal and external users.
• Act as the CPQ Subject Matter Expert, and CPQ trainer.
• Manage the development, testing and implementation of identified enhancements to the business CPQ system utilising structured project management skills.
• Publish configuration updates to production web servers using the CPQ Migration Centre tool.
• Manage user access and other provisioning setup for internal and external users in accordance with corporate policy.
• Populate all data tables to enable Guided Selling, Configuration & Pricing, User Interface Updates and Quoting Process.
• Manage the Quoting approval and routing assignments.
• Maintain Master Data Integrity within CPQ, in conjunction with Planning’s master files.
• Maintain Accessory and Service compatibility tables for all Product Lines and Product Families.
• Maintain a library of product images, logos and quick links to deliver an optimal user interface.
• Proactively identify system issues and ensure resolution, with 3rd party or Oracle support.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• At least four years general IT experience, (ideally at least 2 years with CRM) with strong technical abilities and an interest in IT systems.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
