The Project Engineer will contribute to the development and support of a project engineering team. The responsibilities of the project engineering team include rollout management, operating system image deployment, new product and new model introduction (NPI & NMI), and project coordination . This is to ensure that both business and customer requirements are met. The chosen candidate may also be required to study the configuration and service and repair processes to offer, develop and introduce improvement opportunities as part of continual improvement activities to increase efficiency and save cost.

The Project Engineer will work with sales companies to capture customer requirements/concepts and return information to base to work with the existing team to analyse, review and implement an efficient process. The project Engineer will be responsible for meeting customer and business requirements ensuring testing, debugging and deployment to support application systems.

Emphasis on process improvement and project support is essential with the ability to work fast and efficiently whilst continually multi-tasking to deliver complex solutions derived from customers.


Working closely with all departments, the successful candidate will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills whilst implementing sustainable business improvements and using effective engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities: Project Engineer

Project coordination and forward planning is key, Process driven and process mapping

Rollout management

Customer visits and meetings, Project support working with various stakeholders throughout the business

Writing/editing and controlling instructions for assembly, test, O/S deployment and shipping

Software deployment would be advantageous. Production support and maintenance

Training of Operatives to enhance quality and efficiency

Ability to chair meetings,Multi-tasking is essential

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

PC Hardware knowledge is required, proven skills in windows networking

Experience of Windows 7/8/10 and android operating systems is necessary
